SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ONLINE ORDERS
To maintain efficient processing, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. This includes updates to shipping addresses or changes to item sizes. If you need to return an item after receiving your order, please refer to our Returns Page.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. During peak periods—such as sales, public holidays, or new collection launches—please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch.
- Please Note: Choosing Express Shipping speeds up the courier’s transit time but does not shorten the initial dispatch window from our warehouse.
SHIPPING RATES
- Australia (Domestic): $10 for Standard Shipping or $15 for Express Shipping via Australia Post.
- International: Rates are calculated at checkout and shipped via DHL Express.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on Australian orders of $250 or more (excluding duties/taxes). This offer is not available for international destinations.
DELIVERY & LIABILITY
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

- Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature. Once a package is signed for (or if you choose to waive the signature requirement), we are no longer liable for the goods or their safe arrival.
- Unclaimed Deliveries: For international orders, if the courier is unable to contact you and the parcel is returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the return shipping costs.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
- Covered Regions: We currently cover taxes and duties for orders heading to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the UK.
- Other Destinations: For all other countries, you are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes. These must be paid before your parcel is delivered.
- Refusal of Payment: If you refuse to pay these charges and the item is returned, we will refund your order minus the return shipping fees.
- US Customers: Please be aware that current US Government tariffs apply to imports. We are unable to modify tax invoices.
